What is the turnaround time?

Typically a project takes 5-7 days to complete. Feel free to let us know your target timelines and we can expedite your project.

in what format should i send you my content?

Feel free to send your content in PowerPoint or Keynote slides already or in outline format.

WILL I BE ABLE TO edit the final presentation?

Yes of course! The final deck will be sent to you as a fully editable PowerPoint or Keynote file. You can easily edit the text, replace the images, move around the elements and change animations.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO GET STARTED?

Primary files we need are your slide content and business logo. We also need to know the specifications you need such as:
1) Preferred slide size (16:9 or 4:3 or custom)
2) Color palette, if any
3) Fonts, if any
4) Final presentation file format (PowerPoint .pptx or Keynote .key file)
5) Whether or not you want the slides to have animations and transitions

Optional files you may send to us such as:
- Brand style guide (in case you have company guide on the logo, colors, fonts, etc and you want your deck to match your current brand)
- Own License Photos/Assets (in case you have your own licensed photos, icons, illustrations, videos, and other assets to include, feel free to send them too)
- Design Inspiration (in case you have design examples or preferred slide styles)

WHERE DO YOU GET PHOTOS? IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE?

We source high-quality, beautiful images from websites with photos that are free to use and allow commercial use. Hence, there is no additional charge. Feel free to send photos licensed to you or your company and we can include them in your deck.

WILL YOU make revisions if i need some changes?

Absolutely! We want to make sure you are happy with your deck so we offer unlimited revisions until your project is complete and approved. This includes revisions to the design of the original content you sent such as colors, text, images, alignment and other design elements. For new, additional content that needs an entirely new layout to be created, we will consider it as a new slide.

HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE EACH OTHER'S FEEDBACK AND UPDATES DURING THE PROJECT?

Our process is very simple so clients typically prefer Email to communicate and coordinate any updates from us. During the approval process, we display the slides via Google Slides so that clients can communicate any revisions needed through the comments section. This gives us and the client an efficient and organized way to send comments, upload revised designs and approve the slides.

WHAT WILL BE THE FINAL FORMAT?

Our slides are created and designed using PowerPoint or Keynote. The final deck will be delivered in either Powerpoint (.pptx) or Keynote (.key) file, depending on your preference.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE FINAL FILE?

We send the final presentation file via WeTransfer. The link to download the file will be sent to your email.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

We request 50% deposit to get started then the 50% final payment before file delivery
